4. I don't see my favorite book?Thank you in advance for your patience with us, we are adding new titles every week. Please contact sales if you would like to order a particular resource that we don't seem to carry and we will assist you regarding your request. 5. How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?All prices in our store are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and checks drawn from a U.S. bank. 6. What are your shipping charges? Can I ship internationally?We gladly ship anywhere in the world and have several shipping options available to us. At goodtheology.com our shipping rates are calculated based on your individual order which means that you receive highly competitive rates (not some 'ballpark' preset figure). 7. How long will it take to receive my order?Most all of our items are available to ship within 24 hours, so you will receive your order in a prompt manner based on which shipping option you choose. For example, if you order on a Tuesday your order will ship on Wednesday and arrive (requesting Next Day Shipping) on Thursday. We offer UPS Ground, Two-Day and Next-Day shipping. 8. What about your return policy?Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return books in their original condition to us for refund, however we do not currently refund shipping costs. Sales of all music, video's, software as well as gift items/apparel that have been opened are final. A copy of the original receipt must accompany returns.
